All orders for goods accepted by audio-scenario.com (the vendor) are accepted subject to the following conditions, which shall form part and govern the contract of sale. Acceptance of goods by the customer shall be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of sale unless the customer notifies the vendor in writing within 15 days of receipt of this notification or delivery of goods. Any term sought to be imposed by a customer either in a document or otherwise that conflicts with or adds to these conditions is not accepted. No agent or representative of the vendor has authority to vary these conditions.

Secure Payments
We reserve the right to determine the preferred payment method, therefore direct bank transfer is recommended when payment by card currently not available. Goods remain the property of Audio Scenario HiFi until paid for in full and the we reserve the right not to dispatch goods until cleared funds have been received.
Extended Warranty, Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions shall amend the standard terms and conditions for a specific item in the case that the Customer purchased an extended warranty with that item and shall replace the relevant clauses in the standard terms and conditions. If no different term is given in these terms and conditions, the standard clauses remain applicable.
Withdrawal or Cancellation of Order
Subject to the warranty exclusions as detailed in this document, products may be returned for a full refund within the number of days stated from delivery.
For return requests made within 30 days from delivery: The Customer must send the products back to the Vendor, or alternatively the Vendor can arrange collection for a fee depending on the size and weight of the item. Any standard delivery charges applied to the Customer’s order will be refunded. The cost of the Extended Warranty will be refunded.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
